Do ELEGOO 3D printers come with a warranty?
Yes, we provide a 1-year limited warranty on the printer itself (excluding consumable parts like LCD screens, FEP film, and nozzles) and a 6-month warranty on the LCD screen for resin printers.
What is your return policy for unopened products?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unopened packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping the item back.
