At ELEGOO US, we want you to be completely satisfied with your 3D printers and electronics; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original packaging and condition.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and a detailed reason for the return, including photos of the item if it is defective.

• 2.
  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the item in its original box with all accessories and manuals, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the returned hardware to confirm its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
